We do this because we genuinely like making things. There’s a particular satisfaction in taking a file (or a rough sketch, or a part someone drew on the back of a napkin) and turning it into something real you can hold in your hand. That’s the whole reason MI CNC Parts exists: we’d rather be the shop that figures out how to make your part than the one that tells you why it can’t.

We’re a small shop, and we keep it that way on purpose, but small doesn’t mean one person winging it. When you send a job, real people look at it: a team of mechanical engineers and machinists who can jump into a conversation, help with the design, and make sure your part is right. You get the attention of a small shop with the depth of people who actually know parts.

And we’ll tell you what we see. If a tolerance is tighter than it needs to be, or a feature is going to run up the cost for no real reason, we’ll say so before you spend the money, not after. Honest feedback up front saves you time and saves you money. That’s just how we work.
