Custom Machinery & Equipment Builders

Parts that show up right and on time for machine and equipment builders.

Building a machine and need custom parts: brackets, plates, shafts, manifolds, or a one-off replacement? Send a 2D PDF or 3D STEP file and a real person will quote it in 24-48 hours. No minimum order, standard lead time is 4-6 weeks (rush 1-2 weeks), and every part is inspected before it ships.

What We Make

Machine and equipment builders need parts that show up right and on time: structural brackets and weldment-ready plates, shafts and bushings, manifolds and fluid blocks, and one-off replacements to keep a build moving. Send your files and the team will quote it, get it made, inspect it, and ship it (one piece or a small production run).

Typical parts

  • Structural brackets and base plates
  • Shafts, pins, and bushings
  • Manifolds and fluid blocks
  • Guards, gussets, and weldment parts
  • One-off replacement and spare parts

How It Works

Quote, make,
inspect, ship.

01

Quote

Send your STEP files and drawings. You get a real quote (material, price, and lead time) usually within 24-48 hours.

02

Make

Approve the quote and we’ll get your parts made, and keep you posted along the way.

03

Inspect

The team reviews every part against your print before anything ships.

04

Ship

Your parts ship to you with tracking. If something isn’t right, we stand behind it and make it right.

Questions

Before you send a job.

01 Can you quote a whole machine build, or only individual parts?

Send the whole package: a ZIP of STEP files and drawings is fine. Each part gets quoted, and the order ships together or in stages, whatever keeps your build moving.

02 Is there a minimum order for machine-builder parts?

No. One replacement shaft or a full set of frame parts: single pieces are welcome.

03 What if I only have a sample part, not a drawing?

Send the sample. The team can measure it, build the model and drawing, and quote a replacement. Reverse-engineering worn parts is a regular job.

04 What tolerances are typical for machine parts?

Around ±0.005 in standard, with fits and bores held tighter when the drawing calls for it. Every part is inspected against the print before it ships.

05 How fast can parts arrive to keep a build on schedule?

Quotes come back in 24-48 hours. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks; rush jobs can ship in 1-2 weeks if the schedule is tight.
