Energy & Cleantech

Parts that hold up outdoors and under load.

Building energy or cleantech hardware and need custom parts: enclosures, mounts, bus bars, test-rig components? Send a 2D PDF or 3D STEP file and a real person will quote it in 24-48 hours. No minimum order, standard lead time is 4-6 weeks (rush 1-2 weeks), and every part is inspected before it ships.

What We Make

Energy and cleantech hardware needs parts that hold up outdoors and under load: weatherable enclosures, structural mounts and brackets, bus bars and conductive parts, and precision components for test rigs. Send your files and the team will quote it, get it made, inspect it, and ship it.

Typical parts

  • Enclosures and weatherable housings
  • Structural mounts and brackets
  • Bus bars and conductive parts
  • Manifolds and fluid blocks
  • Test-rig and prototype components

How It Works

Quote, make,
inspect, ship.

01

Quote

Send your STEP files and drawings. You get a real quote (material, price, and lead time) usually within 24-48 hours.

02

Make

Approve the quote and we’ll get your parts made, and keep you posted along the way.

03

Inspect

The team reviews every part against your print before anything ships.

04

Ship

Your parts ship to you with tracking. If something isn’t right, we stand behind it and make it right.

Questions

Before you send a job.

01 What materials hold up for outdoor energy hardware?

Stainless and anodized aluminum are the usual picks for weather exposure; copper and brass cover bus bars and conductive parts. Spec the material on the drawing and it gets quoted as drawn.

02 Can you make copper bus bars and conductive parts?

Yes, machined copper and brass bus bars, terminals, and conductive blocks. Include hole patterns and thicknesses on the drawing.

03 Is there a minimum order for energy hardware parts?

No. One test-rig fixture or a pilot-line batch: both get quoted the same way, with quantity pricing if you want to see the curve.

04 What files do you need for a quote?

A STEP or STP model plus a PDF drawing. STL and SLDPRT work too, and a ZIP is fine for multi-part rigs and assemblies.

05 How long do parts take?

Quotes in 24-48 hours. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks; rush parts can ship in 1-2 weeks when a pilot or test window is fixed.
