01 Can you make a replacement format part from a worn one?
Yes. Send the worn part with any drawing you have and it can be measured and quoted; if no drawing exists, reverse engineering captures the geometry so the replacement matches. This is a common way to get a discontinued change part back on the line.
02 What materials are used for food-contact and washdown parts?
The grades usually specified for these lines are 304 and 316 stainless, UHMW, and acetal (Delrin), with aluminum for non-contact structure. Note the grade and any food-contact or washdown requirement on your drawing and it is quoted and made as drawn to that spec.
03 How fast can a part ship if a line is down?
Quotes come back in 24-48 hours and rush jobs can ship in 1-2 weeks (standard lead time is 4-6 weeks). Flag a down-line situation when you send the files and it gets prioritized accordingly.
04 Do you make timing screws and star wheels?
Yes. Timing screws (augers), star wheels, and change parts are quoted from your model or drawing, with the indexing and pitch features inspected to the print before shipping. Send the pitch, bottle or carton dimensions, and shaft detail and it gets quoted as drawn.
