Custom machined parts to your print: brackets, bushings, standoffs, shafts and pins, manifolds, fittings, housings, fixture plates, knobs, bezels, gauges, and punches. These are the parts other suppliers often turn away: one-offs, ground parts, custom tooling, gauges, odd sizes, and obsolete parts remade from a new sample part. A person reads the drawing and gets it made. Every part inspected against your print before it ships. No minimum, quotes in 24-48 hours, Rush 1-2 weeks, Standard 4-6 weeks, or Extended 6-8 weeks; laser-cut parts are quoted per job, rush available.

Ground, toleranced, and tool-steel parts
The parts with a tight fit, a punch profile in tool steel or carbide, or a running surface on the print. Quoted to the number you call out.
- 01 Custom Machined Shafts & Pins Shafts and pins turned to the diameter on the print, with ground features quoted to ±0.0001 in where the fit calls for it.
- 02 Custom Bushings in Aluminum, Bronze & Steel Bushings in bronze, steel, or aluminum, bored to the size and fit on your print rather than the nearest catalog size.
- 03 Custom Shaft Couplings and Couplers Shaft couplers with two bores, a keyway, and a length no catalog carries.
- 04 Forming & EDM Punches Forming and EDM punches in tool steel or carbide, profiled to your print or a new sample punch.
Tooling, gauges, and fixtures
The parts that check or hold other parts, quoted from the gage class, flatness, and hole pattern called out on the print.
- 05 Custom Thread, Plug and Ring Gauges Thread plugs and rings, setting plugs, and plug, pin and go/no-go gauges, quoted from the callout on your print.
- 06 Custom Machined Fixtures Check, weld, assembly and test fixtures, jigs and workholding, built to your print for each part number.
- 07 Aluminum Fixture Plates & Workholding Aluminum fixture plates and workholding: flat, drilled on grid, and repeatable.
Fittings, flanges, and the part the catalog stops short of
Known styles in the one thread, length, or bore the shelf does not carry. One piece is a normal order.

Brackets, housings, and panel hardware
Milled and turned parts to a print, from the bracket every machine has to the front panel people look at.
- 13 Custom CNC Brackets Custom brackets to your print: machined from solid, or laser cut and bent.
- 14 Replacement & One-Off Brackets The replacement bracket for a down machine, remade from the print or a new sample part.
- 15 CNC Machined Aluminum Enclosures & Housings Enclosures and housings machined around your board, not the other way round.
- 16 Custom Machined Bezels & Faceplates Billet bezels and faceplates for gauges, instruments, and panels, machined to your drawing rather than stamped.
- 17 Custom Machined Knobs Control and fixture knobs, turned and knurled, color-keyed by anodize if you want.
Laser-cut parts
Flat parts cut from sheet and plate, with the tapping, bending, hardware, and machining on the same order. Quoted per job, rush available.
- 18 Laser-Cut Parts Laser-cut aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, titanium, and plastics, with finishing quoted on the same order.
- 19 Laser-Cut and Bent Brackets Brackets cut flat and bent to the angles on the drawing.
- 20 Tapped and Countersunk Holes Laser-cut blanks with the threads and countersinks already in them.
- 21 Laser-Cut Plates and Spacers Mounting plates, shims, and spacers cut to the outline and hole pattern you send.
