Robotics & Automation

Custom CNC parts for robotics and automation: quoted, made, inspected, and shipped.

Need custom CNC parts for a robotics or automation build: end-effectors, housings, mounts, frame components? Send a 2D PDF or a 3D STEP file and a real person will quote it in 24-48 hours. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks (rush 1-2 weeks), there’s no minimum order, and every part is inspected before it ships.

What We Make

Robotics and automation run on parts that stay precise through millions of cycles: end-effector tooling, joint and bracket assemblies, gearbox and actuator housings, and the structural frame that keeps it all in alignment. Send your STEP files and drawings, and the team will quote it, get it made, inspect it against your print, and ship it.

Typical parts

  • End-effectors, grippers, and tooling
  • Actuator and gearbox housings
  • Motor mounts and brackets
  • Linear-motion and bearing blocks
  • Structural frame and chassis parts

How It Works

Quote, make,
inspect, ship.

01

Quote

Send your STEP files and drawings. You get a real quote (material, price, and lead time) usually within 24-48 hours.

02

Make

Approve the quote and we’ll get your parts made, and keep you posted along the way.

03

Inspect

The team reviews every part against your print before anything ships.

04

Ship

Your parts ship to you with tracking. If something isn’t right, we stand behind it and make it right.

Questions

Before you send a job.

01 Can you make a one-off part for a robot cell, or only production volumes?

Both. A single replacement gripper finger or a production run of mounts: there’s no minimum order, and one-offs are quoted the same way.

02 What files do you need to quote robotics parts?

A 3D STEP (or STP) file plus a 2D PDF drawing with the critical fits: bearing bores, dowel locations, mating faces. STL and SLDPRT work too, and a ZIP is fine for full assemblies.

03 What tolerances can be held on bearing fits and locating features?

Standard work runs around ±0.005 in, with bearing fits and locating features held tighter on request. Call them out on the drawing and each part is inspected to those dimensions before it ships.

04 What materials are common for automation parts?

Aluminum for most structural and tooling parts, steel and stainless where stiffness or wear matters, and engineering plastics like Delrin for contact surfaces. Send the spec and it gets quoted as drawn.

05 How fast can parts arrive if a cell is down?

Quotes come back in 24-48 hours, and rush jobs can ship in 1-2 weeks. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. Say it’s a down-machine situation when you send the files and it gets flagged accordingly.
