01 Can enclosures be anodized or finished?
Yes, anodized and bead-blasted finishes are available. Note the color and finish on the drawing and it comes back quoted as a finished part.
02 What tolerance do connector cutouts and board fits hold?
Standard work runs ±0.005 in, with connector openings and board-mount features held tighter on request. Call out the critical fits and each enclosure is inspected to them.
03 Is there a minimum order for enclosures?
No. One case for a one-off instrument or a recurring production run: both are quoted the same way, with quantity pricing on the quote.
04 What files do you need to quote an enclosure?
A STEP or STP model plus a PDF drawing with finish, color, and any critical fits. Include the board model in the ZIP if clearances are tight: it helps the quote come back right.
05 Can you make heat sinks and cold plates?
Yes, milled aluminum and copper thermal parts, from simple finned sinks to cold plates with machined fluid channels.
