Electronics enclosures are milled aluminum cases, face plates and panels, heat sinks and cold plates, connector brackets, and standoffs sized to your board, not to a catalog case. 6061 aluminum is the default, with copper for thermal parts and brass or stainless for hardware, held to ±0.005 in and tighter on connector and board fits. Send a STEP file and a PDF; a quote comes back in 24-48 hours, and parts ship in 1-2 weeks rush, 4-6 weeks standard, or 6-8 weeks when timing is flexible.

What We Make
Electronics need enclosures that fit the board and the connectors exactly: milled aluminum housings, machined panels and face plates, heat sinks, and mounting brackets with clean cutouts, plus laser-cut panels and enclosure blanks with the connector cutouts and PEM hardware quoted as one order, and the machined test fixture details a contract line needs for each board: probe and guide plates, board nests, solder pallets and coat masks. Send your files and the team will quote it, get it made, inspect it, and ship it. Aluminum parts can be anodized. A machined front bezel with a display pocket or a raised rim is quoted the same way. Hardware engineers order them from one case to a few hundred, no minimum.

01 Can enclosures be anodized or finished?
Yes, aluminum enclosures can be anodized. Note the color and finish on the drawing. A finish called out on the print is quoted with the part, and the part comes back finished.
02 What tolerance do connector cutouts and board fits hold?
Standard work runs ±0.005 in, with connector openings and board-mount features held tighter on request. Call out the critical fits on the print. Every part is inspected against your print before it ships.
03 Is there a minimum order for enclosures?
No. One case for a one-off instrument or a recurring production run: both are quoted the same way, with quantity pricing on the quote.
04 What files do you need to quote an enclosure?
A STEP or STP model plus a PDF drawing with finish, color, and any critical fits. Include the board model in the ZIP if clearances are tight: it helps the quote come back right.
05 Can you make heat sinks and cold plates?
Yes, milled aluminum and copper thermal parts, from simple finned sinks to cold plates with machined fluid channels.
