Questions

Before you send a job.

01 Will you run small batches for a maker brand?

Yes, small batches are the core of this work. A drop of 50 clips or 200 beads is a normal order, and there’s no minimum if you want to test with a handful first.

02 Can you work in titanium?

Yes, titanium, plus aluminum, brass, copper, and stainless. Spec the alloy on your drawing and it gets quoted as drawn.

03 What finishes are available?

Anodized and bead-blasted finishes are available. Note the finish and color on the drawing and parts come back finished, not raw.

04 How precise are fit features like pivots and detents?

Typical ±0.002 in on fit features, held tighter on request. Call out the dimensions that make or break the action and each part is inspected to them.

05 What files do you need to quote an EDC part?

A STEP or STP model plus a PDF drawing with finish and fit callouts. STL and SLDPRT also work, and a ZIP covers multi-part designs.
