01 Can you make a part the manufacturer no longer sells?
Yes. Send the worn or broken part and the team can measure it, build a model, and quote a replacement. Obsolete and discontinued parts are a regular job.
02 How fast can a part arrive during planting or harvest?
Quotes come back in 24-48 hours and rush parts can ship in 1-2 weeks. Say the machine is down when you send the files: it gets flagged from the start. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks.
03 Is there a minimum order?
No. One bushing for one machine is a normal order. If you want spares, quantity pricing comes back on the same quote.
04 What materials are used for ag wear parts?
Steel and stainless for shafts and pins, bronze for bushings and wear surfaces, plus aluminum and engineering plastics where they fit. Match the original or step up the material.
05 What do you need to quote a replacement part?
A STEP file and PDF drawing if you have them. If not, a dimensioned sketch or the physical part works: the model can be built from either.
