Privacy Policy
Your information,
handled plainly.
A short, straightforward summary of what we collect and how we use it.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what information MI CNC Parts collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it plain and short.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: mainly when you request a quote or get in touch. That can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, the details of your part, and any files or drawings you send.
Like most websites, our host also records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in routine server logs. Aside from the advertising cookies described below, we don’t run advertising trackers; if that changes, we’ll update this page.
Your files and confidentiality
The CAD files, drawings, and part details you send are used only to quote and produce your parts. We treat them as confidential and don’t share them beyond what’s needed to make your order.
How we use your information
We use what you send to prepare your quote, answer your questions, produce and ship your parts, and keep in touch about your order. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except as needed to complete your work.
How the quote form works
When you submit the quote form, your details and any files you attach are sent directly to us and stored privately in our quote system, which is hosted on our behalf by Supabase (a cloud data and storage provider). We’re notified of each new request by email. Your submission isn’t publicly accessible: only we can view it and download your files.
Advertising cookies (Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising)
We advertise this site through Google Ads, and the Google Ads tag on our pages may set cookies in your browser. Those cookies let Google tell us whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to a quote request, so we can see which ads are worth running. They don’t give us your identity, and we don’t use them for anything beyond measuring our own advertising. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or block cookies in your browser settings; the quote form works either way. We also advertise through Microsoft Advertising, whose UET tag works the same way: it may set cookies so Microsoft can tell us whether a visit from one of our ads led to a quote request, and you can opt out through Microsoft’s ad settings (account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings) or by blocking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing evan@micncparts.com. We’ll take care of it.
