No minimum order, standard lead time is 4-6 weeks (rush 1-2 weeks), and every part is inspected before it ships.

01 Can you match an existing fastener from a sample?
Yes. Send the physical part (even a worn one) and the team can measure it, build a drawing, and quote a match. That’s a normal job here.
02 Is there a minimum quantity for custom fasteners?
No, small batches are the whole point. When a distributor won’t touch a run of 25 specials, that’s exactly the job to send over.
03 What materials are available for custom fasteners?
Steel, stainless, titanium, brass, and specialty alloys. If the print calls for something unusual, ask: odd materials are common in this kind of work.
04 What do you need to quote a custom fastener?
A drawing with the thread spec, head style, and material (or a sample part if no drawing exists). A STEP model helps for special head and drive geometry.
05 How long do custom fasteners take?
Quotes come back in 24-48 hours. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks; rush runs can ship in 1-2 weeks.
