01 What tolerances can be held on instrument components?

Around ±0.001 in on critical features is typical, with tighter dimensions held on request (down to ±0.0001-0.0002 in where ground or wire-EDM work is called for). Every part is inspected to the print before it ships.

02 Can you work with PEEK, PTFE, and other instrument plastics?

Yes, PEEK, Delrin (acetal), PTFE, and other engineering plastics are quoted regularly, alongside stainless, aluminum, and titanium.

03 Is there a minimum order for medical and lab parts?

No. A single prototype manifold, a small validation batch, or a recurring instrument run: all get quoted the same way.

04 What files do you need for a quote?

A STEP or STP model plus a PDF drawing that calls out the critical dimensions and surface finishes. Flag the features that matter (seals, mating faces, fluid paths) and the quote and inspection follow them.

05 How long do instrument parts take?

Quotes come back in 24-48 hours. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks after approval; rush work can ship in 1-2 weeks.
