01 Can you work directly from SLDPRT files?
Yes, SLDPRT, STEP, STP, and STL all work, plus a PDF drawing for tolerances and finishes. A ZIP of the whole assembly is fine for multi-part projects.
02 Will you flag design features that drive up cost?
Yes. If a corner radius, tolerance, or finish callout is going to make the part meaningfully more expensive, that comes back with the quote. Before you commit, not after.
03 Is there a minimum order for prototypes?
No. One piece is a normal order. Iterate as many times as the design needs: each revision is quoted in 24-48 hours.
04 Can the same parts move from prototype to a production run?
Yes. Validate with one or two pieces, then run the same drawing at higher quantity. Quantity pricing comes back with the quote so you can see the curve.
05 How long do prototype parts take?
Quotes in 24-48 hours, standard lead time 4-6 weeks, rush in 1-2 weeks when a review date is bearing down.
