Industrial Equipment

Replacement and custom parts for industrial equipment, quoted from your print or a new sample part.

Industrial equipment parts are wear parts, bushings, shafts, couplers, housings, and brackets for machines that are still running but whose original supplier is not: OEMs, plant maintenance groups, and rebuilders order them one at a time. Parts in steel, stainless, bronze, and aluminum are typically quoted to ±0.005 in, tighter on shaft and bore fits. Send a PDF, a STEP file, or a new sample part; a quote follows in 24-48 hours, with a 4-6 week lead time, or 1-2 weeks rush, or 6-8 weeks when timing is flexible.

What We Make

Industrial equipment needs replacement and custom parts: wear components, shafts and couplers, brackets and mounts, fixture plates for repeat setups, check and inspection fixtures for the parts that line makes, and housings that take a beating. Send a drawing, a STEP file, or a new sample part, and the team will quote it, get it made, inspect it, and ship it.

Typical parts

  • Wear parts and bushings
  • Shafts and couplers
  • Brackets, mounts and frame parts
  • Housings and covers
  • Reverse-engineered replacement parts

How It Works

Quote, make,
inspect, ship.

01

Quote

Send your STEP files and drawings. You get a real quote (material, price, and lead time) usually within 24-48 hours.

02

Make

Approve the quote and we’ll get your parts made, and keep you posted along the way.

03

Inspect

The team reviews every part against your print before anything ships.

04

Ship

Your parts ship to you with tracking. If a part doesn’t match the print, it’s remade or credited.

Questions

Before you send a job.

01 Can you make a replacement part with no drawing?

Yes, from a new sample part. Send a new part, not the worn one. Wear changes the sizes that matter. The team can measure it, build a model, and quote a replacement, with the CAD work quoted as its own line. The sample ships back with the parts. Parts are supplied as replacements by fit and dimensions. No OEM logos, part numbers or markings are copied. Reverse engineering covers the steps.

02 How fast can a replacement part arrive if a line is down?

Quotes come back in 24-48 hours. Rush is 1-2 weeks, Standard is 4-6 weeks (typical), and Extended is 6-8 weeks, for jobs that aren’t time-sensitive. Rush is quoted at a premium. Rush 1-2 weeks applies to machined parts with no secondary operations. Heat treat, grinding, EDM and finishing add time, and the quote gives the real date. Lead time starts at order approval. Put your need date in the part description and the quote answers it. Say up front if it’s a down-line situation so it’s flagged from the start. Rush CNC parts and CNC machining lead time have the detail.

03 Is there a minimum order for equipment parts?

No. One bushing or a handful of spares is quoted the same way as a larger run. Ask for more than one quantity, such as 1, 25 and 100, and the quote shows each. CNC parts with no minimum order explains how that works.

04 Can you make spare parts for industrial equipment on a repeat basis?

Yes. Blanket orders are quoted. Price, release schedule and lead time per release are set in the quote. Reorders at the same revision: send the last quote or PO number and it’s requoted. Small-batch CNC machining covers low-volume repeat work.

05 What materials are available for wear parts?

Steel, stainless, bronze, and brass for shafts, bushings, and wear surfaces, plus aluminum and engineering plastics. Match the original material or name a different one; the print says which. Other alloys and plastics quoted on request. Name the grade on the print. Bronze bushings are covered on the custom bushings page.

06 What do you need to quote a replacement?

Best case: a STEP file and a PDF drawing. A fully dimensioned 2D PDF is quoted without a CAD line. A dimensioned sketch, a new sample part or photos can start a quote instead. What file to send lists the rest.
