Strong, accurate billet parts: one-offs or small batches.

Need a billet bracket, adapter, hub, or one-off part nothing off the shelf will replace? Send a 2D PDF, a 3D STEP file, or a sample part and get a quote from a real person in 24-48 hours. No minimum order, standard lead time is 4-6 weeks (rush 1-2 weeks), and every part is inspected before it ships.

What We Make

Automotive and motorsport work demands strong, accurate parts: billet brackets and adapters, hubs and spacers, pulleys, and one-off components when nothing off the shelf fits. Send your files or a sample, and the team will quote it, get it made, inspect it, and ship it (one piece or a small batch).

Typical parts

  • Billet brackets and adapters
  • Hubs, spacers, and bungs
  • Pulleys and flanges
  • Suspension and chassis parts
  • One-off replacement components

How It Works

Quote, make,
inspect, ship.

01

Quote

Send your STEP files and drawings. You get a real quote (material, price, and lead time) usually within 24-48 hours.

02

Make

Approve the quote and we’ll get your parts made, and keep you posted along the way.

03

Inspect

The team reviews every part against your print before anything ships.

04

Ship

Your parts ship to you with tracking. If something isn’t right, we stand behind it and make it right.

Questions

Before you send a job.

01 Can you make one part, or do I need to order a batch?

One part is fine. A single adapter for a swap, one hub for a race car: one-offs are normal orders, and small batches get quantity pricing on the same quote.

02 Can you copy a discontinued or broken part?

Yes. Send the old part (even broken, as long as the critical surfaces survive) and the team can measure it, build a model, and quote a replacement.

03 What aluminum alloys are available for billet parts?

6061 for most brackets and adapters, 7075 where strength matters most. Steel, stainless, titanium, and brass are available when the job calls for them.

04 What tolerance do press fits and bearing bores hold?

Standard features run ±0.005 in; bearing and press fits are held tighter when the drawing calls for it, and inspected to the print before shipping.

05 How fast can a part arrive before a race weekend?

Quotes come back in 24-48 hours and rush parts can ship in 1-2 weeks. Mention the date and it gets flagged. Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks.
