Send a STEP file and a PDF print, and a person quotes it in 24-48 hours. Orders run from one piece to production runs of 10,000, every part is inspected against your print before it ships, and delivery is Rush 1-2 weeks, Standard 4-6 weeks (typical) or Extended 6-8 weeks for jobs that aren’t time-sensitive.
A Michigan-based precision parts supplier: a small shop for engineers, builders, and product teams who need custom parts, without the high minimums, slow quotes, and take-a-number treatment of the big suppliers. Already holding a quote from one of them? Send the number with your files: meet-or-beat pricing comes back with a price that meets or beats it, or a straight no. Normal orders here include custom turned parts to a print, ground parts and tenths-class fits, wire EDM detail in hardened tool steel, and obsolete parts remade from a new sample part. Laser-cut parts with tapped holes, bends, hardware or a machined feature are quoted as one order, and custom fixtures are built to your print for each new part number. Shops with overflow work can hand off a build-to-print job, with mixed part numbers on one PO: see contract and outsource CNC machining. Small Batches, Common Grades
Common grades: 6061 and 7075 aluminum, 303, 304, 316 and 17-4 stainless, tool steel, titanium, brass, Delrin and PEEK. Other alloys and plastics quoted on request. Name the grade on the print. Not sure which? Say so on the quote form and the team will suggest one.

If a part doesn’t match the print, it’s remade or credited. You deal with the same contact from quote to delivery.

Four steps from drawing
to delivered parts.
Send Your Files
A sketch or a new sample part can start a quote when there is no CAD, and the CAD is quoted as its own line. A STEP with no drawing is quoted to a ±0.005 in general tolerance, or the one your notes name.
We Quote It
Price and lead time come back for your quantity and timing, with a free design review: notes on anything that will add cost or may not work as drawn.
You Approve, We Make It
Card by secure link (a processing fee applies), ACH, wire or check. POs welcome against the quote. Vendor setup takes a day: W-9, NDA, net terms available. We get your parts made and keep you posted along the way.
Inspected & Shipped
Inspected parts ship to you with tracking.
Rush 1-2 weeks applies to machined parts with no secondary operations. Heat treat, grinding, EDM and finishing add time, and the quote gives the real date. Lead time starts at order approval. Put your need date in the part description and the quote answers it.
